As of March 1st, 2010 Park Green, LLC announced their alliance with Carbon Day Automotive (Chicago), a green energy company that specializes in electric vehicle infrastructure. Under terms of the agreement CDA (Carbon Day Automotive) and Park Green® will work to bring ChargePoint® Networked Charging Stations to public and private parking facilities nationwide. ChargePoint, Inc. operates an open electric vehicle charging network. ChargePoint, Inc. was formerly known as Coulomb Technologies, Inc. and changed its name to ChargePoint, Inc. in December 2012. The company was founded in 2007 and is based in Campbell, California with networked public charging stations and charging spots in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
