Warren’s career in parking design and operations has spanned over 35 years. Warren specializes in parking facility upgrades and planning, along with sustainable parking management plans – including leading edge technologies and strategies such as robotic parking, PGS (Parking Guidance Systems), real-time individual space management, dynamic and static signing, PARCS, (Parking and Revenue Control System) demand management and parking asset performance.
David has been advising architects, city planners, contractors and developers for over 30 years on just about every conceivable parking structure and land-use application, on hundreds of projects across the country, and continues to broaden this knowledge base today as one of two firm partners. He specializes in municipal code-based design, parking operations, functional design, graphics/signage programs, land-use planning and feasibility/demand studies.
Rob has been with Park Green, LLC since 2014 and brings significant experience in business acquisition and development to the team. Rob specializes in safety, security, and loss prevention efforts nationally, and authored or co-authored early articles on pedestrian safety and vehicle incursions. He has led efforts to collaborate and establish ongoing corporate relationships with ASTM, NAED, AIA, UL and many others, and is very active in the prevention of vehicle incursions in commercial and public areas.
Dr. Donald Shoup is Professor of Urban Planning at UCLA, and is recognized as the world’s foremost authority on parking policy and management. Dr. Shoup is an ongoing advisor to Park Green, LLC and has recently teamed with the firm on TOD (Transit Oriented Development) studies in Los Angeles and the Old Town San Diego, and Paso Robles, CA parking studies.
